WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days

The basics of standard shipping:

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days from ordering, Monday through Friday. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders may not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable once the order is shipped.
Delivery usually takes 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with the tracking link.

    WHY HASN’Y MY TRACKING STATUS UPDATED? 

    A shipping confirmation with the tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that your order has been picked up by our shipping carrier and your tracking number will update as soon as the shipping carrier scans your order in.

    Tracking status updates usually happen within 48 hours but if it hasn't, don't worry — your order is on its way and tracking will update shortly. This doesn't mean your order is lost and it's common for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days.
    If your tracking hasn't updated for over 5 business days, and you are concerned there may be a delay or error we'd recommend contacting the shipping carrier with your tracking number to start a claim and reach out to me with your order number to let me know and I’ll help in any way I can :)

     

    CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER ONCE I PLACE IT?

    We try to fulfill orders very quickly and are unable to cancel or edit any orders at this time.

     

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY:

    If you are not satisfied or changed you’re mind, you may absolutely return your order within 30 days. Please note, we do not cover return shipping expenses. Please reach out with any questions.

     

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    Your refund will be processed once your return arrives and is processed. Return processing usually takes 3-5 business days and once approved you'll receive an email notification of the refund.

    From there it can take your card company up to a full billing cycle to have this reflected on your statement. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges or return fees.

     

    HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

    Jewelry should be put on after products like lotion, perfume, etc. Do not wear your jewelry to swim or shower.
    To clean, wash with mild soapy water & a soft cloth (more detail below)

    Using a clean, soft cotton cloth is an ideal way to polish your gold-filled pieces. A soft cloth will not scratch the surface. There are treated jewelry polishing cloths that work well; however, some chemicals are not recommended on gold-filled items so double check that they are safe to use. Do not leave chemicals on your gold-filled. Always rinse and polish again with a soft cloth to remove residue.

    Mild soapy water and a toothbrush - a child's soft toothbrush and a mild detergent is the perfect combination for cleaning gold filled jewelry. The detergent can remove residue or fingerprints from the item, and still leave it shiny and bright when it's done. Be sure the toothbrush is soft or it may scratch your piece.
